No! While we offer 3D printable designs, many of our projects use simple materials like foam board, balsa wood, or paper. The V1 Classic can be built with basic craft supplies.
Our projects range from age 6 to adult. The V1 Classic is great for ages 8+, while advanced engineering projects suit high school and beyond. Each project lists recommended ages.
Both! We have curriculum designed for classroom use with lesson plans and assessment tools, as well as family-friendly guides for home learning and weekend projects.
We focus on free flight models that fly without remote control. This teaches fundamental aerodynamics better than RC. Some advanced projects do include RC options.
